Packaging & Shipping
We take great care in packaging and shipping our jewelry to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each piece is securely packed in a plastic bag, double-wrapped with biodegradable bubble wrap, and placed in a sturdy, tamper-proof shipping box. We also accommodate customer-specific packaging requests.
For exchanges or returns, we recommend using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL services, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

We ship items daily, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are processed in the order they are received. If you require faster shipping, please select an expedited option at checkout. For urgent orders, reach out to us or choose express or next-day shipping if available in your region. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking details; please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to show movement.
