Returns & Refunds

Our commitment to you continues after delivery. We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If you're not satisfied with our product, please email us at info@el-joyero.com.
  • Return Policy: You have 7 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unused, and unwanted items in their original packaging with tags. Please include your order receipt. Items not eligible for return include: birthday discount purchases, gift cards, permanently discounted items, cut chains, cut bead strands, engraved jewelry, personalized, and custom orders.

  • Return Processing: Returns will be processed after your package is received. Allow up to 15 working days for processing. Items returned without prior approval or that don’t meet our standards may be denied or incur a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The faulty items must be returned, and while you will cover the return shipping, we will pay for the replacement shipment.

  • Refunds: We will notify you once your returned items are received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, with return shipping costs deducted.
