Shipping Information

At El Joyero, we offer a range of reliable shipping methods to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your products. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Yes, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
Yes, shipping charges may apply based on the product and destination. You'll see the costs at checkout. Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
You will receive notifications via text message or email with the delivery partner details and tracking ID to monitor your order.
You can cancel your order by notifying us before we dispatch the parcel. One of our team members will call you to confirm the details prior to shipping.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made upon delivery. Please ensure to open the package only after the payment has been completed.

El Joyero accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards, major debit cards, and net banking. Specific payment options will be provided during checkout.
If your payment fails, any debited amount will be automatically reversed by your bank within a specified timeframe.

Return & Refund

El Joyero offers a 30-day return policy. If you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. For Cash on Delivery refunds, please provide your account number and IFSC code when initiating the return.
